This can reduce the inflammation, if there is any. It helps enhance blood circulation and the nervous system. 5) A peaceful rest is the most powerful remedy for back pain. Many alternative medical systems suggest bed rest and back-extension exercises for those who are battling with acute low back pain. You may sleep or just relax in a comfortable position. A comfortable bed has much to do in reducing your back pain. It not only reduces the back pain but also builds up the self healing power of the body. 6) Researchers have shown that certain mind-body therapies such as Guided imagery, Hypnosis, Biofeedback and Relaxation therapy are found to be effective in treating back pain. Back pain is a common problem. It is a painful battle with the body. It can be reduced by following the above tips. You should be careful about taking prescription medicines since they produce adverse side effects.
